Read, read, read, write, write, write!

The world of knowledge opens up to the student who reads and writes well. Here at Triad we go well beyond state goals for reading and writing everyday. The more time a student spends reading and writing the more proficient they become.

At Triad Math is by the numbers

We believe math is about developing the four operations year by year until our students have mastered calculus.  Each day the Saxons math program builds on what the students have learned the previous day.

Triad Elementary grades 1-5 Social Science Fair

Triad Grades 1-5 participated in this annual event on February 15th.  Each classroom celebrates a different social science theme.   Our 1st grade class shared what they wanted to be when they grew up.  The 2nd grade class studied the civil war era, the 3rd grade class focused on Colonial America, the 4th grade class shared information about the Oregon Trail, and the 5th grade class learned about the Aztecs.

Science and History: Activity Based Curriculum

In the elementary school science and history are being taught in depth not skimmed through.  Using a combination of activity-based curriculum students gain a deeper more meaningful understanding of the world of science and our history.
