9TH - To be classified as a freshman, a student must have successfully completed the 8th grade by diploma or home-school verified study.

10th - To be classified as a sophomore, a student must have earned a minimum of 5 credits during the freshman year, or take acceptable transfer credits to correct this deficiency by the end of the freshman year.

11th - To be classified as a junior, a student must have earned a minimum of 12 credits during the freshman and sophomore years, or take acceptable transfer credits to correct this deficiency by the end of the sophomore year.
