Fee Schedule for 2010 – 2011 Academic Year New Student Application Fee (one-time, non-refundable) $25.00 Registration & Curriculum Fee (annual, non-refundable) $390.00 This per student, non-refundable fee is due by June 15th for returning students, or upon acceptance for new students. 5th - 12th Grade Music Participation Fee – Per Musical Group, due October 15th $25.00 Drama Participation Fee – Due by end of 1st week of rehearsal $50.00 High School Athletics Fees – Due before 1st Practice Football Participation Fee $200.00 First Sport of the School Year (Excludes Football) $150.00 Second and Subsequent Sport of the School Year $100.00 Family Service Each family is expected to provide at least 20 volunteer service hours each year to the school or pay a $300 service fee. Partial service is billed at $15 per hour at the end of June. Service hours are accounted for July 1st through June 30th. Our desire is not for the extra monies, but for the benefits gleaned from personal on-campus involvement with the students. Overnight Class Field TripsEach year from fifth through eleventh grade overnight class field trips are planned to places of interest related to that year’s study. Examples include the fifth graders attending BizTown in Portland, the sixth graders traveling to see OMSI, the annual biology trip, and others like this. Parents should plan to budget approximately $35 to $45 for these trips which generally occur in the spring. Approval This final fee schedule was approved by the Triad School Board on April 1, 2010. All returned items for payment of tuition, fees, or services are subject to a $25 fee. Additionally for tuition payment, upon the third returned item in the school year, the family will be required to pay the remaining tuition in full within 20 days in order to remain enrolled.
