After a student’s third week of class, there is no refund of tuition or forgiveness of the remaining annual balance of tuition for the academic year without School Board approval. For all intents and purposes a “seat” has been purchased for the entire academic year. Payment Options · Annual Tuition Paid in Full by Check or Cash (2.5% discount applies) · Annual Tuition Paid in Full by Debit or Credit Card (no discount) · Tuition Paid Quarterly in 4 Advanced Installments by Check or Cash (no discount) · Tuition Paid Monthly in 11 Installments by Auto Draft from Savings/Checking · Tuition Paid Monthly in 11 Installments by Debit/Credit Card ($5.00 fee per month) · Tuition Paid Monthly in 11 Installments by Payroll Deduction (Triad Staff Only) All returned items for payment of tuition, fees, or services are subject to a $25 fee. Additionally, upon the third returned item in the school year, the family will be required to pay the remaining tuition in full within 20 days in order to remain enrolled.
